How the mapping works
Rows sharing a label are merged, so 10,000 transactions become a handful of districts rather than 10,000 identical boxes.
Total value sets how tall and dense the city grows.
Distinct labels unlock landmarks — more variety in the data, more variety in the skyline.
Row count drives traffic on the streets.
Earliest date decides whether the city reads as new or long-established.
